Eligibility & Selection Criteria
To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:
- Option 1: Graduate in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in technical support.
- Option 2: First Class Four-Year Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Information Technology/Computer Science.
Additionally, knowledge of computers and experience with SPSS is desirable. The maximum age limit for applicants is 38 years, with a 5-year relaxation for in-service candidates of Tata Memorial Centre.
