Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS), Assam, has officially released the admission notification for the postgraduate Master of Hospital Management (MHM) course for the academic session 2026-2027. This specialized postgraduate program spans a duration of 2 years (divided across four semesters), including mandatory internship and dissertation work designed to equip candidates with executive operational skills for healthcare facilities.
A total of 30 seats are available for eligible candidates across Assam. Admission will be processed through an upcoming walk-in oral interview and document verification exercise scheduled directly at the university campus in Guwahati.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
Candidates aspiring to take admission into the Master of Hospital Management program must fulfill the following mandatory qualifications and domicile requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in MBBS, BAMS, BDS, B.Sc. Nursing, BBA, B. Pharm, BHMS, or B.Sc. in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Zoology from any recognized university or institution.
- Domicile/Locality Requirement: Applicants must be residents of Assam and possess a valid Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC).
- Selection Stage: Candidates will be evaluated based on their qualifying academic background and performance during the Oral Interview held by the university selection committee.

- Submit your documents for initial physical verification at the designated registration counter at the venue.

Ensure you carry the original marksheets and pass certificates of your qualifying examination, HSLC admit card for age proof, permanent resident certificate (PRC), caste certificate (if applicable), and passport-sized photographs. Course fee structures (Rs. 65,000 per semester) must be satisfied within the stipulated timeline given by SSUHS upon selection.
